Dubai: Yasmin Village, a landmark for Ras Al Khaimah, was announced yesterday at a press conference.

Yasmin Village is a rural residential and commercial project, with a mountain view located in Ras Al Khaimah. Away from city life but minutes away from the town’s amenities with plenty of open space, the project offers an ideal setting that comprises villas, apartments, and office space and community buildings in one location.

Yasmin Village proposes several unique plans; most significantly, a water conservation project involving rain water harvesting, as well as its own chemical-free sewage treatment plant that uses the latest biotechnology. Yasmin Village also plans to use solar energy for lighting throughout the development and will use battery operated vehicles for a shuttle service for residents.
